Suggest Treatment For Sleeping Disorder While On Treatment For Spondylitis

I am 45 years, 180 cm, 83 KG & in good health. I go for daily morning walk (fast speed) for 6-7 Kms. 4-5 yrars back, I had spondlities problem ( severe neck pain problem with C4, C5 disk protuding in MRI). After two weeks rest, medication & regular excercise now it is under control. However for last few years I am having severe sleep problems. I sleep well for two three hours but after that I wake up. I do not get proper sleep thereafter. even if I sleep, my mind remain active as if some movie is going on in mind. Even if I get up again & sleep after some time same sequence of events will start again. The event seen during sleep has no resference to my daily activities & most of the time I donot remember what has been going on full night. I have tried various sleep tablets or other medication in consultation with general physician but it does not help. Please help. i have gone threw your problem and do understand. i need to get more information like which sleep tablet you had tried. also please maintain good sleep hygiene. also i would like to get information regarding your mood, like how you are feeling most of the time , any change in activity level , depressed mood, any change in appetite or change in weight. get back to me with above information and with list of drugs you are taking currently. thanks.
