Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder

I AM 43 YEARS OLD AND I AM A TEACHER. I FIND DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. YOGA ALSO HAS NOT HELPED ME. DOCTOR GAVE ME NEXITO 5 MG AND LARPOSE. EVEN WITH THAT I DONT GET SLEEP. I AM HAPPY . I LONG TO SLEEP. I TAKE THE MEDICINES RARELY. HELP ME WITH THE GOOD TO GET GOOD SLEEP , AND HAVE BETTER CONCENTRATION.

Hi dear .

I had gone through your query .

Stress can cauae sleep problem .

Medicines that have you taken is appropriate but need to adjust the dose as per requirements .

Larpose 2 mg to 3 mg is idel dose for ssleep problems .

Alternative are clonazepam /diazapam / zolpidam etc.

But you have to take advise from your treating doctor .

Besides medicines

Yoga/meditation /relaxation /deep breathing etc can help.

Fix sleep schedule and stick to it .
No day time sleep .

Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol .

Avoid tea and coffee before bed.

Treatment of psychological disorder can help .
