Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder And Hallucination

Yes , im having an issue. well i dont know if it is an issue but i know its not normal. I have been having trouble sleeping for the past 2 1/2 years after an accident that happened in Afghanistan( im military) ever since i have been Auditory Hallucinating. I can make out everything im hallucinating but its in a foreign language. I have wrote alot of it down to the best of my knowledge on how it might be spelled but its too much to take in and its worrying me, cause i am catching myself using words and phrases i hear when im alone instead of english. what do you think is going on

Psychiatrist 's  Response
We understand your concern.

Hearing of voices when no body is around can frighten anyone. It could be hallucination, pseudohallucination, obsessive imagery. To differentiate i would need more description about your symptoms.

You might be experiencing it secondary to anxiety , or it could be part of other psychiatric illness.I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and appropriate treatment.
