Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have problem of sleep apnea. Well i would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper evaluation of report ,without any delay because sleep apnea sometimes leads to heart attack . Doctor may recommend CPAP machine to correct the problem. I would suggest you to

- Along with CPAP machine your should do light exercises.

- Also use humidifier along with CPAP machine , which will mosite the air and prevent the mucosa from drying .

- Control your diet and lose some weight.

- Start do light exercises like yoga and meditation.

- Try on sleep on side .

Do not ignore this problem as sleeping apnea can lean to heart attack .
