Suggest Treatment For Sleep Apnea, Headache And Neck Pain

Hi I have been waking up with a headache and my neck became sore on one side over a week. It has suddenly moved to the other side of my neck now. I do have mild sleep apnea and have been snoring a lot and grinding my teeth dreadfully. My jaw aches in the morning.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi i do care for your concern.
your history suggest more of muscle pull, due to sleeping in wrong positions.
taking pain killers will suffice and will resolve in a week or so.
Regarding grinding of teeth i would advise to consult a dentist, and mouth guards are available that will prevent grinding.
Regarding sleep apnoea its advisable of weight reduction, regular exercise, avoiding of caffeine and aerated drinks will help a lot.
Hope i have answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask.
Thank you.
