Suggest Treatment For Skin-tags On The Foreskin

Around a month ago I noticed that I had What appears to be skintags on my foreskin! I have several in my face and the ones on my foreskin look similar to the ones on my face! They don t itch at all! What do you think? I haven t penetrated anyone during sex!

I understand your concern
Skin tag most commonly due to HPV infection.
Transmitted by the unprotected sex
Skin biopsy and physical examination will help in diagnosis.
Treatment are below:
1. Topical: 80% Trichloroacetic acid gel
0.15-0.5 % PODOFIX GEL
2. If not respond you can do excision by
Best is nitrogen cryotherapy: very less scar after ablation
other are electrocauterization and simple excision

In addition
2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection
3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
4. Maintain hygiene before and after sex
