Suggest Treatment For Skin Tag On Inner Thighs

I have an olive sized skin tag on my inner thigh area. Yesterday it started leaking, today the area it was leaking from has turned black. I sent a msg to my Dr. but she is out of town for a week, her office suggested I go to Urgent Care, does this sound serious?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
skin tag need to be removed by radiofrequency ablation.
It is a small surgical procedure and takes just few minutes.
An antibiotic will be required to give cover for infections.
If it's leaking it need to be removed urgently as it may get infected.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
