Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Rash for several days with fever needs adequate investigations to rule out possible bacterial or viral infections.

Is your child vaccinated for MMR? What are morphological characteristics of the rash? Is he having itching over the body?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Khan Shoeb Mohammad Sher Mohammad
