Suggest treatment for skin rash

I wake up in the night around 3am every night itching like crazy. My thighs, back, chest, hands, and arms itch and form red goosebump like marks. I have been to the doctor around five times and oral steroids is the only thing that let it go away but when I'm done with the dose it comes back. Its driving me nuts, what should I do next? I am 19, 5"5, 146 pounds. No major health concerns.

Hello,

Your history suggests you have urticaria. You can't take steroids again and again. I would advice you to take antihistamine like Levocetrizine 5mg for 3 weeks daily irrespective of rashes to suppress urticaria. If still you don't get relief I would suggest you to go for histaglobulin injections.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
