Hi,

Pimples also called acne vulgaris is a common skin problem on the face particularly at your age. It may be precipitated or exacerbated by factors like stress, tension, worries, and sleeplessness. Oily food, dandruff, heavy exercise, travelling, and exposure to sun. Kindly take care to avoid suggested factors. A long term course of Azithromycine would improve the lesions. Apply clindamycine gel on the lesions. Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash. Avoid excessive sun exposure to improve the colour of the skin of face.

I hope this would help. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, MD
