Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis , Headache And Sneezing

Hi..I always have this sinusitis problem, constant sneezing in cold etc. Always headache and my head throbbing especially at the left side or occasionally the frontal part. Once in a while I experience severe dizziness and it come together with sudden hunger and once in a while I feel I m unable to balance myself.. I had my partial thyroidectomy last 3 years and last blood result last year shown everything was fine. I also have mild mild spodylosis on my neck area of spine according to my doctor.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sinusitis , headache and sneezing which is a condition known as chronic sinusitis due to infection in passage of sinuses. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays, Antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. You should take antihistamines Levocetrizine and antibiotic such as Cephalosporin combination as infection is present. Montelukast and Co amoxiclav is best treatment option for you. You should take plenty of liquids. Maintain proper oral hygiene. . You should take steam inhalation. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for para nasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles.
