Hello,

In order to get rid of your sinus infection, it is very important to get to the cause of discomfort.

I would like to know details like - age, occupation - since repeated sinus infections have different causes depending upon the age, secondly occupation gives a clue regarding possible pollutant/ chemical exposure.

Then I would like to examine your ear, nose and throat in detail and look for obvious causes and signs.

If needed would like to diagnostic nasal endoscopy, the examination of the nose and sinus openings with the help of a magnified camera and also imaging such as CT or MRI.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
