Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

I ve had a antibiotics for a sinus infection a few weeks ago, however I am still getting pains behind my eyes, I feel like my left ear is blocked and I keep getting twinges in my head. It was in the back of my head but that has eased now. Is there anything I can do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The history of pain behind the eyes, twinges of pains in head and feeling of left ear blockage in spite of an antibiotic treatment is suggesting of still persistent problem of sinusitis or its complications.
I would advise you the following:
Get CT scan /MRI of hte sinuses and the brain to get a confirmed diagnosis of an exact problem.
Get a proper treatment under the ENT Surgeon's care and guidance and get a reference to another specialty if needed.
