Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

Hello, I ve been having serious sinus reactions 24-48 hours after using small amounts of cocain that last exactly six days after the use each time. I m not a frequent user, maybe 1-2 times per year. It happens everytime like clockwork. It stars with excessive dripping and eventually -usually in the morning, I ll blow my nose and what looks like actual flesh / brain tissue / sinus lining shoots out. It s hard to the touch but gooey. I produce 2-4 of these over the first 3-4 days of the episode. I ve had allergies my whole life, including asthma (dogs and cats), and am relatively used to sinus congestion, the medications I would typically take to relieve the pressure and control the congestion do not work.... Persistent clear fluid dripping makes it incredibly difficult to be In public and around people. I frequently wake up with the pillow completely covered and soaked in the drip from the whole night.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Take steam inhalation and salt water gargling. Atleast 2-3 times a day.
2.If severe, local decongestants along with systemic antihistamines will be helpful.
3. avoid further allergy or any causative agent, which would increase congestion. If present for more than 2-3 days, and if headache and fever are present, antipyretic agents and antibiotics will also be necessary.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
