Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

Hi after having my wisdom teeth out 10 days ago, for several days now I have had what I think is a sinus infection, and a really bad taste from my discharge from my nose. My glands hurt now too. Should I get on antibiotics? or will this go away on its own?

Hello
If you are having this problem even after 10 days it definitely needs to shown to a oral and maxillfacial surgeon or the doctor who extracted the wisdom tooth.
Thank you.
