Hi there, female here 36 I have a problem bothering me for a while now nearly 1 year. I ve always had very bad sinuses as in always infected always painful, can t be exposed to cold air etc.( my sinuses are very high located that s the main reason). Now recently I m spitting every morning or even during night time as there s always something dripping in the back of mouth like mucus. Even worse I m coughing as well in morning. It s like there s something stuck in chest , troat that I cannot expectorate. Don t know if it s sinuses related or else. I was on antibiotics several times last year and this year and, steroids nasal sprays and nothing helped properly. This condition is upsetting me and making me uncomfortable. Help please. To mention if I spit it s just yellow thing or colorless mucus( waterly)
