hi there

The symptoms you describe appear to be a sinusitis. The feeling you get when moving your head is related to your frontal sinuses. This can also lead to the bloackage of your eustachian tube and hence the fluid in your ears.

I would suggest an antihistamine eg. Loratidine / Cetirizine and a non-steroidal analgesic eg. Brufen / Paracetamol.

Steam inhalation and placing a warm towel on the forehead may also assist.

Do provide us with more information. Is there any discharge from the nose? what color? Any associated fever?
