Suggest Treatment For Sinus Headache

I ve been having what I think are sinus headaches about a week ago I had a headache for 10 days straight I purchased some allergy relief medicine and some sinus cold pills I started getting another headache yesterday.last night I could feel the pressure building up behind my right eye and it s very sensitive in the back of my throat or my nasal cavity is today I snorted in and coughed up a big piece of pink flesh I m worried that I have a severe sinus infection

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sinus headache along with pressure behind eyes . Well the symptoms you mention in query pointing towards severe sinus infection . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosiswithout any delay to prevent the further complication . Doctor may order CT scan x-ray and nasal endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) at least for 10 days along with decongestant and expectorant . For now take steam thrice a day to relieve the congestion and apply warm compresses on face and take anti allergic like bendryl .
