Suggest Treatment For Sinus Congestion

Hi, I've had congestion in my sinuses for 4 months. I do not have the systems of sinusitis. The CT SCAN stated that I have mild mucousal thickening in the ethmoid sinuses. I've tried antibiotics and cortisteroids to no avail. How can I get relief?

Hello,
CT scan finding of mucosal thickening in sinuses is not a specific finding of sinusitis.Sinusitis is a diagnosed by presence of clinical symptoms.During a preceding cold or flu sinuses can show mucosal thickening. But as long as the patient is asymptomatic treatment is not needed. If symptoms are there then initially nasal sprays are tried.
Thank you.
