Suggest Treatment For Sinus Congestion, Slight Nausea, Chills And Fatigue

I have had sinus congestion, slight nausea, chills at times, and tiredness for 3 weeks + and began antibiotics for a sinus infection two days ago.
I still have full congestion in frontal sinus. No coughing or chest cold. Some yellow mucus at times.
Please advise.

Welcome.
Yellow mucus is yellow pus due to Infection for that you are already on Antibiotics.
Take steam inhalations thee times a day with 'vick's.
Wash your hands several times a day.
You can take Anti Allergic 'Diphenhydramine available on the counter.
For chills you can take Paracetamole.
Donot take any medicine without discussing your doctor.
Your doctor would prescribe Decongestant
Wait for few days you shall be alright.
Have faith in your doctor.
