Suggest Treatment For Sinking Spells

I am trying to figure out what could be wrong with my 79 year old mother. Doctors have all said they can`t find anything. She has sinking spells as she calls them where she becomes extremely weak and has to go back to bed. Worse in the morning and gradually improving throughout the day. By the end of the day she is fine. These episodes are worse when under stress. Any direction you could point me in would be appreciated.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Health is a state of physical, mental, emotional wellness.

If she has been comprehensively assessed by blood tests and any necessary imaging, then it is possible that a physical illness may have been ruled out.
This may mean that she may possibly have anxiety or depression causing these symptoms especially since the symptoms are worse with stress.

I hope this helps
