Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Serta

I have been taking half of 0.25 Seeta for a week then I developed anxiety restlessness nautia excessive sweating now have stopped Serta since one day was taking etizola 0.5mg at night before am feeling very anxious shall I increse the dose of etiolated to 2 a day or take etizola plus and what dosage

Serta contains sertraline. It can cause anxiety, restlessness, nausea, excessive sweating, amnesia and aggression as its common side effects. You must not have stopped it without your doctor’s advice. These side effects are seen in early stage of treatment and resolves with progress of time.
Etizola is etizolam which is used for control of anxiety/panic attack or insomnia. Because you were taking Serta, so you must be struggling with depression. You have not written why you were taking Serta. You can shift to escitalopram which has better safety profile
Advice
1.     Tablet Etizola plus (5 mg) at bed time
2.     Start workout in gym at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week
3.     Do meditation
4.     Avoid smoking, coffee, and alcohol
