Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Duromine

Morning Doc. I m on day 3 takin Duromines the past 2 days I didn t feel any of those side effects bt as of yesterday I had insomnia,pounding headache I t ma eyes are sore I tried to drink some water bt still painful.I slept @ 2 this morning but @ 6 I was awake.please help what can I take for this headache to go away...

Hope it may help
taking duromines may result in insomnia..Sore eyes and headache are due to lack of sleep and anxiety.Right now what you can do is take a good pain killer for the headache and make a herbal tea or any good sleeping pill to get yourself to sleep.
For long time you can follow these tips to avoid insomnia
get to bed at same fixed time everyday
walk for half an hour before sleep time
avoid drinks containing caffeine before bed time
use herbal tea.
Decrease the dose of tablet to 15 mg daily.
If the problem still continues,discontinue the tablet and see your doctor.
