Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

I have had a sore shoulder the past 2 days I have had 6 injuries to this shoulder it grinds and cracks when it moves and now I can t lift anything or move a certain way as it hurts like a pinch nerve I have pulled the tenants quite a few times not sure if I should have it looked at or not

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the shoulder. I suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to maintain the shoulder immobilized. If the symptoms continue, you should see a neurologist for further evaluation.
