Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain, Neck Pain And Headache
Hi. I have had a headache for the past two weeks. It started in my shoulders and spread to my neck and head. I have been checked for meningitis with negative results. It seems to be at the back of my head and it s the worst first thing in the morning.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.
I also recommend using an anti-inflammatory cream for local treatment such as Voltaren gel.
