been feeling off for about 2 weeks then sat had a crushing pain near my right shoulder blade that caused sweetness and shortness of breath worst pain ever,,,,,pain decreased but i ended up with a migraine today ...My migraines i cant feel pain but produces syncope..... now after eating i have pain in my left shoulder
