Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath

back of head hurts neck is swelled shortness of breath i have arthritus and take cardizum cd and degoxin to prevent atril fibulation i am having extreme trouble with vision and my legs give out and i fall alot my chest sems to not expand sometimes and for a day or two shortness of breath numness in arms especally right arm and i see things move before my eyes thats like shadows

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult cardiologist first.
Since you are having atrial fibrillation, possibility of cardiac cause for your symptoms are high.
So get done
1. BP monitoring
2. ECG
3. 2D ECHO.
Hypotension is common in atrial fibrillation. And this can be the cause for your symptoms like chest pain, headache, dizziness, blurring of vision and shortness of breath.
So consult cardiologist and discuss all these.
