Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Wheezing

I have not been feeling good with my shortness of breath along with wheezing I was prescriped on Monday by phone with prednisone and along with levofloxacin 500 mg once a day called him yesterday told I needed something get the Phelm out he gave me hydrocodone homotropine 1 tsp.every 6 hrs have taken it about 5 times already still not feeing any better able to drink liquids and swollow but when I cough I try very hard to swallow and just can't do unless I force myself too I have lung cancer upper lobe removed 2 yrs ago with no treatment just inhalers I also have sleep apnea is there any thin you can help me out with on how to deal with this coughing a lot but nothing come up

Hello
You are having shortness of breath , cough and wheezing ( no phlegm i.e. dry cough ) , all these symptoms may be due to bronchoconstriction .
As bronchoconstriction causes dry cough , wheezing and shortness of breath .
You are not responding to prednisolone and levofloxacin .
When such case visit I prescribe them to take montelukast+bambuterol one or two tablets in day .
Steam inhalation and hot coffee also help .
Since you are an operated case of lung lobe , so in my opinion at present there is no need of any antibiotics .
Still no relief ,evn with this treatment then consult a doctor ( pulmonologist ) and get his opinion.
