Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Neck Pain After CHF

I have CHF and have had shortness of breath for a couple of years now. Over the last 2-3 weeks it has worsened signifigantly to where I can only take a few steps. Echo in early January was OK with EJ of 45-50. Had episode of AF and cardioversion a couple weeks ago. I also have serious neck pain o right side that worsens with any exertion and fades away with rest. The neck pain and breathing seem connected.
