Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to a panic disorder. But, before coming into this conclusion, I would recommend performing some tests to investigate for other possible causes:

- a cardiac rhythm Holter monitoring to investigate for possible cardiac arryhtmia
- a cardiac ultrasound
- a chest X ray study and pulmonary function
- blood electrolytes
- thyroid hormone levels
- complete blood count, sedimentation rate and PCR for inflammation.
If all these tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your complaints.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
