Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Chest Tightness
Hi, For the past 2 weeks I have felt run-down, short of breath and tightness around the chest area.. I suffer from anxiety but don t think this is the cause?? I am a little overweight but not by much, and I also smoke... I have never in my life felt this tired and run-down before?? Cheers
Noted your short history about anxiety, felt rundown, shortness of breath and tightness around chest for 2 weeks. The most probable causes can be as follows: Asthma and allergy, Some diseases like tuberculosis or so. Pneumonia. Covid-19 now a days. Hence I would advise you the following: Consult your Doctor for proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations: X-ray of chest. PFT that is pulmonary function tests. Relevant tests of blood. All these will help to get a proper diagnosis and thus allow for a proper treatment.Stop smoking altogether.
