Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Chest Pain

my father is experiencing right-sided chest pain and shortness of breath, hoarseness associated with back pain.he has undergone bypass 7months ago.he was also diagnosed with pneumonia before the operation and was treated.he was also given diuretics because of the fluids seen on his lungs on chest xray as maintainance for 2months post op. until it was discontinued because he is taking allopurinol as advised by his doctor. Is the shortness of breath, chest pain, hoarseness and back pain symptoms of pneumonia?or is there any relation with his cardiac condition?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of heart related problem (congestive heart failure - CHF) is more likely and pneumonia is less likely because he is not having fever and mucus expectoration.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, ecg, 2d echo and coronary angiography and chest x ray.
He will need diuretics and other cardiac supportive drugs.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your father. Thanks.
