I fell 6 months ago and a heavy object landed on my shin cut it very deep and now 6 months later I have a lot of pain and a huge knot It s bigger leg hurtS all the time severe pain wakes me up at night hurting so badpain shoots fRom my hip to my knee but mainly for my knee down

Thanks for posting
you may have vitamin D (bone tonic) as it's deficiency is very common.I usually prescribe Sachet calcirol 60,000 once a week for 3 months, then once a month for next 9 month. This should be taken with fatty food item like a glass of milk for better absorption.
Pain killer like Ibuprofen on as and when required basis.
