Suggest Treatment For Sharp Wrist Pain
hello, i play basketball and ive been weight lifting recently and i recently felt a sharp pain in my left wrist when i apply pressure. But i can still have a full range of motion with my wrist, only when i apply pressure. Can you please help me? what are the treatments i can do to prevent further injuries?
