Suggest Treatment For Sharp Stabbing Pain In My Lower Abdomen
I am 30 weeks pregnant with my third baby today. I have Type 1 diabetes and my last baby was delivered at 30 weeks due to my having eclampsia. Today after feeling a sharp stabbing pain in my lower abdomen I noticed a mid brown coloured stain and have also wiped some away brown streaks. Should I contact the hospital or just rest?

Spotting at this time of pregnancy may be due to various reasons-low placenta(placenta previa), preterm labour, local lesion of cervix like erosion/polyp etc.
ur doctor may do a per speculum examination and will ask you for a scan.
