Hi, I am an 18 year old girl who has had sharp shooting pain in my right hands, wrist that also shoots the pain up into my right hands, thumb. I ve had this same pain for years now, it s been so long and it comes and it goes but latley its been reoccurring more often then usual and it s become an everyday occurrence. The pain also feels as if it has gotten worse from the past years. The palm of my hand where my thumb is tends to become a little swollen and occasionally turns sort of black as if it s a bruise? But it s done this for many years? My wrist/thumb will become stiff/stuck where I need to move it all around but in that process it causes me pain. The pain is bare able, always been buy it is slowly getting worse and is distracting me from doing my everyday errands/routines. Even texting hurts, sense I mainly type/text using my right hands. Thumb, which causes my right hands, wrist to be bent slitly for long periods of times because I m holding my phone with that hand. Can you help me please?
