General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I understand your concern.
The pain on left side of rib cage is unlkely to be site of pain in ectopic pregnancy. Fallopian tubes are situated down in abdomen near groin ( inguinal region ) .. & pain of tubal pregnancy is around that area.
The pain you have of left of rib cage is likely to be due to gastric disturbances causing distension of abdomen or hyper acidity.Treatment of these would relieve you of pain.
USG abdomen will confirm the findings.& also relieve your tension.
Thanks.
