Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen

My wife got a surgical abortion 2 days ago and is experiencing some sharp pain in her lower abdomen close to her uterus and her lower back. It started today and she isn t bleeding very heavily and has passed a few clots, but the pain is sometimes so bad that she has to sit down. She does not have a fever or chills, we have not had intercourse and she is using pads, not tampons.
