Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Abdomen

I am having body pains in my lower back and a sharp pain on the right side of my stomach/back. I occasionally have stomach cramps under my bellybutton as well. I did just get my period yesterday so I am unsure if these symptoms are related to my period or if this is something else?

I really appreciate your concern, the pain that you have may be due to menses and it could be dysmenorrhea it may not be anything else, you can try Mefenamic acid twice in day, if this is the pain due to menses then it is just nothing to worry and will be fine soon hope this information helps.
