Hello dear,
I understand your concern. You apparently are having unilateral ,episodic ,sharp pain in the right temple area.Though it could have been migraine but duration of a few seconds is unusual for migraine. It can be a paroxysmal hemicrania or some other primary headache variant. But,secondary intracranial cause of this should be ruled out. Please visit a neurologist so that he takes a detailed history,do a meticulous examination and brain imaging(if he feels so).I hope this reply helps you.
