Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern. The dose of Valproate increases according to weight. The movement needs to be interpreted as of seizure or tremors. Make video of movements and show to treating doctor. EEG may be required too.
