Hello!Welcome to HCM.

Antibiotics help only to subside the infection to a extent.A removal of the cause of infection is necessary to completely eliminate it.
Tooth pain in extreme cases causes pain radiating to the jaw, neck head and face.
Take a course of antibiotics and OTC pain killer.
See your dentist immediately.A diagnosis can be made only after a thorough clinical and radiological examination. You can get the tooth extracted if you cannot afford root canal and capping.Saving your original tooth is recommended.

Regards.
