Suggest Treatment For Severe Tinnitus
Sir am liju from kottayam ,I am nures working in 108 ambulance service .sir my right ear not hearing since 4year on wards .sir but 4 days on wards my ea getting full sound like a wind sound. And when I standing walking I having some problem like a inbalancing .gudines also .sir plz advice for recovery this my situation .I can do work alsoi am mentally disappointed this situation sir plz advice ......faithfully liju

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of severe tinnitus which can be caused by many factors like stress , temporomandibular joint problem, eustachian tube dysfunction, cervical spondylosis and increase blood pressure.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like audiometry , CT scan ,MRI , low and high pitched ringing to rule out conditions like hearing loss , exposure to loud noises , earwax buildup , middle ear infection. Doctor may remove wax , prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory and supplement like ginkgo biloba . For now do mind relaxing exercises like meditation. Yoga and meditation can be very helpful.
