Suggest Treatment For Severe Tinnitus

I have tinnitus and it's been manageable for the past 5 - 6 years, but today I woke up hearing a ringing sound every time i speak. Also when I plug my left ear, I hear a pretty loud ring. No dizziness or headaches though. I went to a concert on Saturday (now Wednesday) but didn't experience too loud of noises as we sat in the back.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Tinnitus can occur due to a number of causes like excess earwax formation, ear infection, eardrum perforation, TMJ disorders, Otosclerosis, Acoustic Neuroma, Meniere's disease etc..
As the symptoms are exaggerating you should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations t the like Audiometru, Otoscopy, x ray, MRI scan etc can be done to rule out the exact cause of the symptoms and treat you accordingly..
You can be advised tricyclic antidepressants like Amitryptaline, anti anxiety drugs like Alprazolam and along with it you can also be advised certain white noise devices to mask the ringing sound, multivitamin supplements can be advised..
You can also be advised Neuromodulation for relief..
