Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicle Pain

Hi, Ive had severe testicular pain for about 7 yrs now. I have been mis- diagnosed and treated for orchitis, epididymitis, ive been checked, cleared but treated anyway for varicose veins, I have no lumps, but cannot have any physical contact with several areas around my testes inside the scrotum. it can be debilitating and excrutiating. the best any docs have come up with for me is I had a tortion 7 yrs ago, which repaired itself and my nerves have been left quite extensively damaged. pain killers, and other meds unfortunately only make things worse. and offer no relief to the pain. I have tried remeidial methods also, and have had no success. any increase of blood flow to my genital region increases my pain exponentially. do you have any possible ideas for me to try. it has reached the point of me branding a hot iron onto myself on several occasions just to increase my mental threshold to the pain, but I am loosing that battle, and I have even had suicidal thoughts during very intense attacks of pain..which are completely random, and the dull ache has never ceased, not even for a second in the 7 yrs

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
CBP-Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis- with Chronic testicular pain.
LCr test would resolve the Chlamidya and Gonorrhea affliction 7 yrs back.
CT prostate would resolve the dilemma.
USG with Colour doppler would fix the possibility of -Testicular torsion with chronic damage.
In My opinion I would this perception seems to be wrong and needs to be ruled / or confirmed by tests suggested as above.
Remedy-
Intra-prostatic Antibiotic Injection / or infusion / 2-6 weeks,
only Under Urosurgeons guidance is suggested.
Tab Chymoral forte x 2-6 weeks to increase the reach of the antibiotics in chronic fibrotic prostatic tissue.
Inj Hyaluronic -intraprostatic infusion with antibiotic-like Clarithromycin or Ciplox / Ceftriaxene x 2-6 weeks would reduce the prostatitis with chronic testicular and lower abdominal pain.
Besides this - general health needs to be kept- with proper diet/ fluid / vitamin intake.
Other causes of such a pain needs further diagnostic evaluation from URoSurgeon in your cases and needs treatment planning accordingly.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
