Suggest Treatment For Severe Tail Bone Pain

Hi, I had pains in my left kidney 12 months ago and had urine tests for infection and ultra sound scan but nothing was diagnosed. I have lived in pain for the last 12 months and now have pain in my tailbone since November last year. The pain is becoming worse in both and in getting nowhere with my doctor ( I ve spied to change doctors this week!) What is the best thing to do now ? And what are the best tests to ask for to get this sorted ASAP ?
