Suggest Treatment For Severe Sunburn On Chest

Hi there :) I m Hailey. And im not to bright to be honest. About a week ago I got a sunburn around my chest area, and the tops of my breast had gotten the worst of it, of course I put aloe it and then it started to peel, so not thinking I peeled the skin right off (dumb decision right?) I tried putting antibiotics and more aloe but it feels like its on fire and its been hard to sleep at night because of the burn. But I ended up going to the beach, this time I put on a lot of sun screen and it has 110 spf. Doesn t work so now the tops of my breast are peeling even more. It has this yellow crust to it and some tiny bubbles around the affected areas.. at this point I m in so much pain that I can not move at all with out excruciating pain and I don t know what to do. Please help me.
