Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain
My daughter has just returned from Thailand with a stomach upset - She was put on a drip in a Thai hospital on Thursday to rehydrate her - She has been also put on Norflox - she says she feels awful although her stomach appears to be settling down - Any advice here? Thanks

It's normal to have stomach upset when travelling abroad. When it comes to Thailand, foods and intestinal parasites are to blame. Hence, should run stool examination for ova/parasites and stool culture and sensitivity testing. Meanwhile, keep her well hydrated. Give probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora, tasectan to ease bowel movements, antacids.
