Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Vomiting

I am having pain in my stomache right where the center of my ribs are at bottom of ribs. It s like I m on fire from inside and like I ve been sucker punched, I threw up this morning and been nauseated since. I have a little constipation, what can the cause be?

Hi,I can understand your problem.To me it looks like APD. You can start some PPIs like pantoparazol once a day along with antaacid syp and antispasmodic.For constipation you have to modify your diet like take more fibers,fruits,milk and some laxatives at bed time.
