Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Vomiting
I am throwing up brown and like a dark brown black color. What do I need to do. MyStomach Hurts upper. I have a headache. My right side hurts like something or someone is pushing on Bure or a bruxe . But I poop alot its a Like a color brown to light green and dark brown black color.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe stomach pain and vomiting which seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis/ viral infection. It could be due to infection caused by H. Pylori bacteria. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take proper rest. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. You should get blood tests done to find out underlying cause of fever whether bacterial or viral and start treatment accordingly. You can give meftal spas syrup before meals 3 times a day along with proton pump inhibitors. You should watch for loose motions, dehydration, fever, urinary problems etc to rule out underlying pathology. Avoid taking cold carbonated beverages and hot and spicy food. You should take plenty of fluids to rehydrate. You should do tepid sponging as well.
